This handmade stoneware dinner set from the Concrete collection includes a high-sided dinner plate, a high-sided salad plate, a bowl and a coffee cup.
The Concrete name fits. Outside, each piece has a rough, matte finish that looks closer to carved stone than to glazed ceramic. Inside, a smooth gloss glaze makes it comfortable to eat from and easy to clean. The high sides on both plates keep sauces and pasta where they belong.
Every piece is thrown by hand on the wheel in the maker's studio in Ukraine. The stoneware is lead-free, the glaze is food-safe, and the set is dishwasher and microwave safe. Part of the proceeds goes to Ukrainian refugees inside the country.
Sets are produced in the studio, so allow 1 to 4 weeks for delivery unless yours is in stock at the US warehouse.
